Scope and quotations
Services are performed according to the scope, fee, exclusions and payment terms in the written quotation or agreement accepted by the client. Prices shown as “From” are starting prices and the final fee may change after assessment.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, readable supporting documents, required signatures and timely instructions. The client must review prepared information and approve it before submission where required.
Authority decisions
Services are subject to document availability, official verification and the requirements of the relevant authority. Processing times, approvals and outcomes controlled by regulators, banks and third parties cannot be guaranteed.
Fees and third-party charges
Government fees, penalties, courier fees, printing expenses and third-party charges are excluded unless specifically included in the written quotation.
Accuracy and changes
The client must notify Mashimbye Consulting promptly of errors or changed information. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
