Scope and quotations
Services are performed according to the scope, fee, exclusions and payment terms in the written quotation or agreement accepted by the client. Prices shown as “From” are starting prices and the final fee may change after assessment.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, readable supporting documents, required signatures and timely instructions. The client must review prepared information and approve it before submission where required.
Authority decisions
Services are subject to document availability, official verification and the requirements of the relevant authority. Processing times, approvals and outcomes controlled by regulators, banks and third parties cannot be guaranteed.
Fees, VAT and third-party charges
Mashimbye Consulting is not VAT-registered and no VAT is charged. Government fees, penalties, courier fees, printing expenses and third-party charges are excluded unless the package or written quotation specifically says they are included. The R900, R1,550 and R2,800 company-registration packages include government fees for their listed registrations.
Accuracy and changes
The client must notify Mashimbye Consulting promptly of errors or changed information. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
