Prepare before we start

Information Needed for Supplier Compliance

We first check the company’s foundational CIPC and SARS information so downstream supplier records are not built on incorrect data.

Current company registration and director information

Business address, contact and banking information

SARS tax and representative information where required

A clear description of the goods, services or construction work actually provided

Employee and earnings information for COIDA matters

Current CIDB grade, class of works and supporting project or financial evidence for upgrades

Our working process

Four Clear Steps

Supplier registration does not guarantee selection, work or contracts. CIDB, the Compensation Fund and other authorities make their own verification and approval decisions.

01

Check the foundation

We review CIPC, ownership and SARS information connected to the requested supplier profile.

02

Confirm the industry need

We identify the registrations and categories that match the company’s actual services.

03

Prepare the application

We collect the required evidence and complete the agreed registration, update or correction support.

04

Verify the result

Issued reports and certificates are checked separately from receipts, pending applications and portal confirmations.

Frequently asked questions

Answers Before You Enquire

We confirm your company’s current position before recommending a service or issuing a quotation.

What does CSD registration include?

CSD registration includes assistance with the supplier profile and relevant company, banking, tax, contact, address and commodity information supplied by the client.

Does every business need CIDB?

No. CIDB applies to contractors pursuing relevant construction work. The correct class and grade depend on the work and company position.

Does the R2,600 COIDA price include the annual assessment fee?

The R2,600 price includes the R1,621 annual assessment fee only where this is specifically confirmed in the written quotation.

Is COIDA registration the same as a Letter of Good Standing?

No. Employer registration, Return of Earnings, assessment and payment status can affect whether a Letter of Good Standing is issued. An application is not the same as an issued letter.

Can you prepare a complete supplier compliance file?

Yes. Supplier Compliance Files are available on quotation after the required records, current status and intended use have been checked.
